I did my research from a long time about learning English and speaking. The barriers that were the basis of me learning English. So I was looking for a method to learn English easily. First, the concept of V2V my heart I was down in a foreign country. I studied about techniques used for the teaching of English in the country. We have compiled my methodology to suit the country as a result V2V. I point out to students from 17 primary voices. The voices are expressing frequently used. So the first voice anyone to learn. It takes very little time for. Then verbs to learn about precision. 3 main functions can be learned from one verbs. Verbs built through the substance of the English language. The behavior of verbs is basically any student to learn.We confess this short way every student participating in our classes. Today, a large number of students in English language correctly moderate. Today, a large number of teachers are teaching this method in the country.I might point out that the easiest method of learning English V2V considered comparable with any system. English knowledge through V2V students during the coming 5 years in Sri Lanka, more productivity. For the following programs will be implemented.

1.to accelerate our existing English programs for enforcement officers in the Public Service. 
   (Now merged with CPC English training programs are implemented.)

2.new programs for school students

3.new programs for Sunday school teachers

4.new programs for those who work in the private sector

5.school leavers' English projects
